All purchases made through Golden Brush are subject to the following terms and conditions.
 
 
Classes, Courses, and Workshops
 
Participants must provide a minimum of 48 hours’ notice if they are unable to attend a scheduled class, course, or workshop. When proper notice is given, the purchase may be converted into a future credit. Credits are non-refundable, non-transferable, and valid for three (3) months from the date of issue.
 
A partial refund may be issued only if a cancellation request is submitted within seven (7) days of purchase, provided that the class, course, or workshop has not yet begun. In such cases, a $30 administrative and cancellation fee will be deducted from the original purchase amount. Cancellation requests made after this period are not eligible for a refund.
 
No refunds or credits will be issued for missed sessions, late cancellations, or no-shows.
 
 
Medical or Emergency Situations
 
In the event of a medical or emergency situation, Golden Brush aims to be understanding. If notice is provided within 24 hours, the purchase may be converted into a future credit, issued at the discretion of Golden Brush. Refunds are not available for emergency-related cancellations.
 
 
Studio-Initiated Cancellations
 
If Golden Brush cancels a class or course, the session will be rescheduled or a credit will be issued.
If Golden Brush cancels a one-time workshop, a full refund will be provided.
 
 
Store Products & Original Artwork
 
All sales of store products, original paintings, and artwork are final. Due to the nature of these items, no refunds, returns, or exchanges are offered.
 
 
Satisfaction & Change-of-Mind Policy
 
Golden Brush does not offer refunds based on personal dissatisfaction, change of mind, or subjective experience. This includes dissatisfaction with a class, workshop, course, teaching style, creative outcome, or any product received.
 
All services and products are provided as described. By completing a purchase, participants acknowledge that artistic results and personal experiences may vary, and refunds will not be issued on the basis of dissatisfaction.
 
Golden Brush reserves the right to make final determinations regarding refunds, credits, cancellations, and rescheduling in all cases.
