Cancellation Policy

🌸 Flora Art Studio — Cancellation, Rescheduling & Refund Policy Refunds • Refunds are available upon request and are subject to a $50 cancellation/administration fee per registration. • Refunds are processed to the original payment method. Please allow standard processing times. ⸻ Cancellations • If you cancel at least 48 hours before your scheduled class, you will receive a credit for the full class amount. • If you prefer a refund instead of a credit, you may request one at least 48 hours in advance; the $50 administration fee will apply. • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before class are not eligible for credit or refund. • Please contact us by phone, email, or online to cancel your class. Your request will be considered received once we confirm it in writing. ⸻ Rescheduling • You may reschedule your class up to 24 hours before your scheduled time. Your payment will be applied as a credit toward a future class. • Rescheduling does not qualify for a refund. • Requests made less than 24 hours before the class cannot be accommodated, and the payment will be forfeited. ⸻ Studio-Initiated Cancellations • In the rare event that a class must be cancelled by Flora Art Studio (e.g., due to instructor illness or low enrollment), you will receive your choice of a full refund or full credit toward a future class — no fees will be applied. ⸻ Transferability • Credits are non-transferable and must be used by the original registrant, unless otherwise approved by the instructor. ⸻ Credit Validity • Credits must be used within 6 months of the cancellation date. ⸻ Late Arrival • Please plan to arrive on time. If you arrive more than 30 minutes late, participation may not be possible to avoid disruption, and the class will be considered a no-show (payment forfeited). ⸻ Flexibility • We understand that unexpected situations can happen. Whenever possible, we’ll work with you and your instructor to find a suitable alternative time, within the limits of this policy. ⸻ Photography & Media Consent We love to capture the creative energy of our classes! By attending, you agree that photos or short videos may be taken and used for promotional purposes (website, social media, or print).
